Ideally located near the famous Loire Valley châteaux—Chenonceau, Cheverny, Chaumont, Gué Péan, Montrésor, Monpoupon, the Collegiate Church and Crypt of Saint Aignan—you’ll also find the Cher à Vélo cycling route and the wine trail nearby for plenty of exploring.
The house features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stovetop, oven, fridge, dishes, and a working fireplace. Two spacious living rooms (about 30 m² each) include sofas, armchairs, a pinball machine, a large retractable screen with projector, exercise bike, and dining area for 8–10 guests.
There are 1 to 3 spacious bedrooms (each over 15 m²). Two bedrooms have a 160 cm double bed (convertible to two 80 cm beds) and a 90 cm bed; the third bedroom has a 160 cm double bed (convertible to two 80 cm beds). Two shower rooms and two separate toilets are available. A mezzanine serves as a reading nook or workspace.
