This house, built in 1884 of stone and brick with thick walls that keep the cool in summer. It was in this house inhabited "lou master." The main house comprises on the ground floor: large entrance with fireplace, right kitchen and boiler room, left the living-dining room with fireplace equipped with a wood stove and side meals with a kitchen.
Behind the kitchen is a room with 140cm bed and bathroom toilet. Yet behind there is a storeroom.
Behind the living room is another double bedroom (160 cm), followed by a small desk and a bathroom with wc cloakroom.
Upstairs, accessible by a staircase in the entrance, leading to a large landing lounge. This one gives access to four bedrooms, two with twin beds 90 and two more dorm character, with three beds each. It also provides access to a shared bathroom with 3 sinks, 2 showers and 2 toilets.
From the landing, is accessed by a staircase to a mezzanine. This one is a very nice relaxing place when the weather is not very beautiful, but impractical in hot weather, as being under the roof, there is far too hot (which is not really serious because in these periods where everyone prefers to be at the pool).
Outside, guests have the wooden house which we have already spoken, a rectangular pool (9 x 4 m) with a constant depth of 1.5 m. It is reached by a straight staircase placed on an angle. A bubble cover saves a few degrees if they put the night to limit cooling and day if no one bathes and that there was the sun. Naturally, the pool is secured by a wooden fence.
The house is surrounded by a park of about 2 hectares for children to run, play ball, swinging ... without any danger. On this park, there are other buildings without specific allocation with the exception of two garages.
This house "La Peyre" is part of a larger property (just under 8 hectares) which is fully fenced. In this enclosure there are two other houses, one of which is occupied by the owner. The walk is possible in the entire property while respecting the privacy of other people.
