The views over the surrounding countryside from the rear of the gite are fabulous all seasons of the year, with the rolling hills, fields, and woodland.We are located in the heart of 'Le Parc Naturel Régional Périgord-Limousin', and are ideally situated to explore the varied and beautiful attractions of the Haute-Vienne, Dordogne and Charente departments. If you enjoy outdoor pursuits then you can fish, swim, cycle or meander around the beautiful lakes in the area. Golf is also available at 3 Golf courses nearby and there are many more attractions situated locally. We are only 6 km from the pretty market town of St Mathieu, which provides full amenities including a petrol station, banks and a supermarket and the market town of Rochechouart is also close by which has a beautiful château and several bars, restaurants and shops
