The equipment is complete: washing machine, dryer, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen equipment (coffee maker, food processor, etc.). TV area and separate office.
A renovated interior combining the comfort of contemporary materials (underfloor heating, large bay windows, steel stairs, cast iron wood stove) while retaining the peculiarities of the initial architecture of this building from the end of the 19th century (stones exposed, Béarnais sink, exposed wooden frame)
An 80 m2 courtyard and a 400 m2 garden will allow you to enjoy the outdoors, with garden furniture for 8 people, lounge area, table tennis table, barbecue.
