It was a new "coup de coeur" that made us choose this property but it took a lot of imagination to visualize it finished before the start of work: it had been abandoned for more than 7 years and nature was inexorably resuming its rights ( gutters in the roof, perforated floors, crumbling walls, very invasive trees and ivies ... little by little, the project took shape.
The original construction dates from the 18th century. The exterior style and architecture have been deliberately preserved.
The interior design has been completely redesigned and created with the desire to enhance it and bring it to life with a private part and a reception area for guests.
It has therefore been divided into two terraced houses: one reserved for owners, the other is intended for guests with a surface of 175m2 (or 200m2 with the 6th bedroom option)
The access of each is completely independent in order to preserve tranquility and privacy.
