The Farm is next door and you may wake to the sound of the gentle mooing of the proud Limousin cows as they greet the farmer, watch the sun rise above the Rancon forest, the mist clearing as the day warms up and listen to the birdsong, the deer in the forest or catch a glimpse of a boar or hare scuttling across the fields.
Grue Demoiselle built around 1850 is a charming period property with a host of original features. We began renovations in 2007 and created five en-suite bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. We have kept all the character of the dining room, bread oven (not in use, unfortunately) and ground floor layout. Bringing your group here brings the farmhouse to life with the love and laughter this house has been use to since its construction.

With no swimming pool, you can relax in the knowledge that your children are safe playing outside and enjoying the well equipped games hall and gardens to play in. Just 5 minutes away is a river with cascades and is shallow enough for fishing with a net or climbing on rocks and just 15 minutes away is Lac de Saint Pardoux with its beaches and lakes and new Aqua park. Our location is ideal for all outdoor activities, walking groups, cycling, running.
Friendly Dogs are most welcome, we are happy to accept more than one dog, it's a great holiday for your family dogs with super clean air, new scents to discover, great country walks on well signed routes. You will rarely find another dog on the routes and if you want to practice cani cross then this is the place for you. Our nearest vet is just ten minutes away so easy to arrange your passport return documents for your dog.
