Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The house facility is excellent for a family with kids. It is spacious, very comfortable, and with plenty of amenity for kids. There are plenty of toys, books, and even diapers available. That is very thoughtful. We were out of diapers after 8 days and it was very helpful. The backyard is great playground for the kids and with walled fences it is safe for them to roam around. There are 3 televisions in the house so there is no need for the kids to fight over who gets to watch TV. The location is located close to Frankston suburb and has a local minimart and restaurant within walking distances. The Frankston center is within 5-7 minutes driving. The beach is about 15 min walking distance. To get to the city, the Frankston train station is around 5 mins driving and should have ample parking spaces there.

Negative: The place is in a wooded area, therefore you have to expect there will be plenty of insects. Ants, bees, spiders, flies are abundant. Some people are okay with it (my kids are fascinated by the spider web), some people may not like it.

Summary: Great quiet suburb house suitable for families with kids.
