Particularly attractive renovated farmhouse a la campagne, quiet and yet centrally located in a friendly hamlet in the eastern part of the Dordogne. The house has plenty of privacy and is surrounded by a garden of 3500 square meters with various fruit and pine trees. As a result, there is always a nice spot somewhere with sun, wind or sun shade to laze around, enjoy a meal or enjoy the view. The front of the house is equipped with a large veranda, where you can enjoy the long chestnut wooden outdoor table in the morning. In the evening it is a nice place to enjoy the beautiful sunset and starry sky with a drink. The two cozy bedrooms have good beds with extra long mattresses. The atmospheric kitchen is equipped with all conveniences and in the summer it stays nice and cool inside.
From Le Puy, cities such as Sarlat, Perigueux, Pompadour, and many beautiful towns with castles and nice (flea) markets are within 30 to 40 minutes' drive away. In the immediate vicinity there is a boarding point for a canoe trip on the Auvézère. At a cycling distance there is a guarded swimming lake with a beach in a forest, where you can rent pedal boats and canoes, among other things.
