Completely renovated, this house is perfect for carless holidays with also a 100m² garden and a terrasse at the rear so you can enjoy the beautiful weather and fresh air of the island. You'll be able to park up to 2 cars in a dead end street from where, by foot, you will directly join either the port and its restaurant, or the beach. A bit further the Saumonards Forrest for those who wnat to walk or cycle and access to the Saumonards beach, one of the most beautiful of Oléron.
