Summary: Perched high above Saint-Jean-de-Luz, the views are terrific. The rooms are exquisitely and thoughtfully furnished. The villa itself is like a museum with an endless and fascinating collection of art and objects. The breakfast was delicious and served by the owner himself. Although the weather was too chilly to sit outdoors, had it been warmer, it would have been an ideal place to lounge and enjoy the pool. Parking is on the street, but it was not a problem. Highly recommend for an experience that appeals to all the senses.

Summary: This was superb, our room was so beautiful French doors opening out to a terrace with views out over St Jean de Luis. The bed was so comfortable linens were of the highest quality , Our room and the property were furnished with beautiful antiques and collections. A very personalised accomodation . Breakfast was excellent . We wished we could have stayed longer. A bit of a hike down the steep hill to the town and restaurants. Best to take the car down. But the view from this property was well worth staying high on the hill. We paid the extra for water view room . So worth it!
