• 🍽️ Spacious & Fully Equipped Kitchen: Oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all necessary utensils. Although it has no direct exterior opening, it’s designed for comfortable group cooking.
• 🏡 Well-Maintained Outdoor Areas: 🏊 A 16x3m lap pool, summer kitchen, 🔥 BBQ, 🍳 plancha, 🎉 pétanque court, and 🚗 4 free parking spaces.
• ⚠️ Pool Access: To reach the pool from the villa, please walk around (approx. 50m) a building currently under renovation (not accessible). Renovation will be completed by summer 2026.
