URT - C536: This charming detached house is ideally located for a family or friends holiday. In a very quiet area of the village, the house offers a large, unfenced garden and an 8 x 4 swimming pool.
The ground floor consists of a large living room (dining area and lounge area, with TV and WIFI) with an open kitchen, fully equipped (dishwasher, gas hob, oven, etc.). The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with a 140 cm sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a mezzanine bed (90 x 190 cm) and a 90 x 190 cm bed. The bathroom with shower and bathtub is also located on the ground floor (sink and mirror). The mezzanine offers a fourth 140 x 190 cm bed.
The best thing about this beautiful house is the large terrace with its summer kitchen and the swimming pool!
