Its riverside location is truly unique and offers ample opportunities for relaxation and exploration. The gîte has a spacious covered terrace, an enclosed garden and a seating area with a beautiful view of the river. For water sports enthusiasts, there are several options, including a rowing boat and shared facilities such as a canoe, sailing boat and a spacious motorboat to explore the river.
The gîte retains much of its original charm and characteristic details, creating an attractive living space. The spacious living and dining room offers every comfort, while the fully equipped kitchen is equipped with modern conveniences, including a dishwasher and microwave. In the living room there is a television and CD player for entertainment. The gîte has a beautiful bathroom and a separate toilet. Both bedrooms offer beautiful views of the Lot River.
