This ground floor holiday home for eight people is located in the lively resort Etang Vallier and only 200 m. from the beautiful freshwater lake with beach (4 hectares).
The detached holiday home has a spacious living room with a sofa bed (2-pers.) and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, electrical oven and microwave. The holiday home consists of three bedrooms (of which one with two bunk beds and two with one double bed 140x200), one bathroom with bathtub and one bathroom with shower and toilet adjacent to one of the bedrooms. Willing to do some laundry? No problem, a washing machine is at your disposal.
The holiday home features a spacious patio and a forest garden with furniture and barbecue. You can park your car next to the holiday home. You will have access to the large swimming pool located on the residence, which is opened from mid June to mid September.
